(Exception: If your key has already been activated, you must wait for the software update to be completed.)
- 1.6. No refund will be issued if you decline the technical support offered. Refusing support means you assume full responsibility for the subsequent use and operation of the product or service.
2. Software Use
- 2.1. Software purchased from our store is for the buyer's personal use only. (1 key = 1 computer) Using your key on another computer is PROHIBITED!
- 2.2. No refund will be issued if the software is incompatible with your operating system. Compatibility information is provided on the product page and must be read carefully.
3. Liability
- 3.1. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse of the software or violation of this user agreement.
- 3.2. Users are responsible for the security and confidentiality of their credentials and must not share them with third parties.
- 3.3. Users agree not to attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or bypass the software's protective mechanisms without the company's prior permission.
4. Support and Updates
- 4.1. In the event of prolonged updates, compensation for software downtime will be provided solely at the discretion of management or the software developer.
